টেন্ডার নিরাপত্তার জন্য ব্যাংক গ্যারান্টি ফরম এ কি লেখা থাকে তার একটি ফরমেট এই পোষ্টে দেখানো হলো। যাতে করে অনেকেই জানতে পারে কি লেখা থাকে।
এই পোষ্টটি অবশ্য সবার জন্য কাজে আসবে না। তবে যাদের আগ্রহ আছে কিরকম ফরমেটে ব্যাংক গ্যারান্টি ফরমটি হয় তা জানতে পারবেন।
নিম্নে ইংলিশে টেন্ডার নিরাপত্তার জন্য ব্যাংক গ্যারান্টি ফরম (Form PG3 — 7) দেওয়া হলোঃ

TENDER GUARANTEE No [insert number]
We have been informed that [insert name of Tenderer] (hereinafter called the Tenderer”) intends to submit to you its Tender dated insert date of Tended (hereinafter called the Tender) for the supply of (description of goods and related services under the above Invitation for Tenders (hereinafter called “the IFl’).
Furthermore, we understand that, according to your conditions, Tenders must be supported by a Bark Guarantee for Tender
Security.
At the request of the Tenderer, we [insert name of Bank] hereby irrevocably unconditionally undertake to pay you, without cavil or argument, any sum or sums not exceeding in total an amount of Tk (insert amount in figtl1es and in words upon receipt by us of your first written demand accompanied by a written statement that the Tenderer is in breach of its obligation(s) under the Tender conditions, because the Tenderer:
- has withdrawn its Tender after the opening of Tenders but Within the validity of the Tender Security; or
- refused to accept the Notification of Award (NOA) Within the period as stated under instructions to Tenderers (ITT) ; or
- failed to furnish Performance Security within the period as stipulated in the NOA; or
- refused to sign the Contract Agreement by the time specified in the NOA; or
- did not accept the correction of the lender price following the correction of the arithmetic errors n accordance with the ITT
This guarantee will expire:
- if the Tenderer is the successful Tenderor, upon our receipt of a copies of the contract signed by the Tenderer and the Performance Security issued to you in accordance with the ITT; or
- if the Tenderer is not the successful Tenderer, twenty-eight (28) days after the expiration 4i the Tenderer’s Tender validity period, being [date of expiration of the Tender validity plus tweniy-eight(28) days]
Consequently, we must receive at the above-mentioned office any demand for payment under this guarantee on or before that date.
